Fall Classes

Classes are 9/23-11/4 ($78 for the session)


Creative Movement (For Pre-K students) is an introductory dance class for pre-schoolers. Students will learn basic dance movements, vocabulary, and etiquette. This class is built as a fun learning process facilitated through movement games and activities. Tuesdays 10:00-10:45am


Creative Process  (5-9yrs)

is an introductory dance class for K-12 students. Students will learn the basics of dance composition and storytelling through movement. Explorations of time, space, use music, and use of props will culminate in a collectively choreographed performance on the final day of class. Tuesdays 11:00-11:50am


Beginner Modern Dance Technique for Homeschool (7+)

 is an introductory modern dance class for K-12 students. The class will consist of warm-up, floor work, across the floor exercises and a final combination summarising the learned material. On the final day of class, the students will perform a dance composed of exciting new skills. Tuesdays 12:30-1:30pm


RG (rhythmic gymnastics) & Creative Movement Fusion (6-12 )

is fun fusion class that combines some of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus (hoop, ball, and ribbon) handling with dance. Students will learn techniques of hoop, ball and ribbon handling and work together on creating a story told through movement using the learned techniques in the first part of the class. Finally, the students will perform their fusion story and the end of the session. Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm




Yoga- with Stacee Johnson

$15 for one class, $135 10 week pass

Monthly Sound Meditations (Yoga)

No experience necessary. Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow or anything that you would need to be comfortable laying down on the floor. Chairs are available for those that would be more comfortable sitting.

Yoga Class Descriptions

Yoga for All Levels

Whether it’s your first yoga class ever or you are more experienced, this class encompasses what everyone needs. Fundamental postures will be explored with modifications offered to ensure that everyone finds optimal alignment for their body. Focus is placed on combining breathing techniques with movement to create an overall experience that helps you to StaCentered. Build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and enjoy moments of peace. Please bring a yoga sticky mat and two yoga blocks.

Yoga & Sound Meditation

Prepare for complete relaxation!

This 90-minute experience brings yoga and sound together to create a serene environment where you can explore a deep state of relaxation to bring about balance and peace.

We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow using a series of slow, graceful movements to help busy minds quiet and muscle tension release. Focused breathing techniques combine with yoga poses allowing a tranquil start to your relaxation journey.

Then, settle into stillness and prepare to experience a heightened state of relaxation through Sound Meditation. Feel yourself slip into a peaceful, meditative state as the calming sound waves of crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, wind gong, vocal tones and other instruments surround you.




Theater for Homeschool

Mondays 11:30am ages 7+  Join award winning actress and youth theater instructor Rebecca Kotraba for an immersive theater experience. The class will study and apply theater skills such as improvisation, physicality, projection, and more. The class will perform a short play the week of November 3rd

Storytelling on Stage (ages 7-10)

Dates - October 3, 10, 17, 24,   November 7, 14, 21,   December 5

Our imagination takes the stage as we explore the ancient art of storytelling. Students will learn the many methods actors use to express a story in fun and exciting ways. Working extensively with physical theatre, soundscapes, and character development, no creative stone will be left unturned. We will grow together as an ensemble, helping each other to tell our very own stories. Whether your child wants to pursue a life on stage or just wants to have fun, the communication and team building skills they gain will be valuable for a lifetime.

Introduction to Acting (ages 10-14)

Dates - October 3, 10, 17, 24, November 7, 14, 21, December 5

Has your child been waiting for their opportunity to take the stage? Or have they performed in plays before but wants to take their skills to the next level? This introductory class is built to lay foundation for new actors as well as challenge those with experience. We will hone our body awareness and vocal dynamics through fun games and exercises. Improv games will be played often to encourage bold, fast creative choices and to build trust in the ensemble. Practicing scene work will be an essential part of learning story, character, and how to work with scene partners.


Martial Arts Fusion Classes
This Martial Arts Fusion program is a one- month trial class that consists of 8 sessions (2 times a week) held on Mondays and Thursdays. The goal of this program is to help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals, while introducing you to the fusion of Martial Arts and Fitness, ultimately completing the journey through the White Belt Boot camp.

The Children's Class is held from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

The Adult Class is held from 7:15 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday and Thursdays.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must occur two or more weeks prior to the camp or class beginning. Full refunds will be given during the cancellation period. Emergency and serious changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For classes, a 90% refund will be granted if not satisfied after the first day of a class. Camp refunds are only available during the cancellation period or by the process of individual evaluation as outlined in the policy.
